Well these seven easy to follow tips will put you well on your way to developing a well-toned muscular chest, and getting rid of the dreaded man boobs once and for all. Stop being lazy, if you dedicate yourself to these tips I guarantee you'll never be self-conscious about your pectorals again. 1) Stop drinking so much beer, since beer has alot of empty calories just waiting to settle down right in your chest. 2) Diet a little bit, kick the fast food right in its flabby pectorals! Stick to healthy snacks. 3) Buy yourself a jump rope, take up jogging, and go on long bike rides. These cardio exercises will burn off that excess fat.
